Refund and Return Policy
In case your order arrived with damage, please take some photos and email to , with photos attached. After verification shortly later, we will have another product(s) shipped as you required. NO more money asked. If you insist we can issue a 100% refund, too. However, if your product is intact, just because of personal preference, we CANNOT grant any refund or exchange. Hope you can understand our standpoint.
Basically, we can't issue product exchanging except damage cases. But for wholesale orders, we can grant you 30% exchange, namely, 30% of the amount you purchased. Please note, you should take care of the fee of shipping back the product(s).
